Product Manager EMEA (m/f/x)

WE LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR SUPPORT WITH THE FOLLOWING TASKS:

Drive product launch excellence and support EMEA countries with strategic product launches and tactics.
Market launch: Planning and coordination of product launches, including market research, clinical strategies, pricing strategies, training plan and communication with stakeholders and product presentations.
Develop compelling value propositions and communication strategies in collaboration with the marketing communication team.
Conduct thorough market research to gather insights and inform product strategies.
Develop strong partnerships with KOL’s and key stakeholders in the region.
Collaborate closely with R&D to relay market insights and feedback from EMEA customers.
Act as a strong business partner, demonstrating exceptional business and financial acumen.
Work alongside upstream marketing to conduct KOL interviews and gather valuable research insights.

FOR THIS YOU BRING ALONG:

Proven experience in product management in the endoscopy sector.
Strong understanding of downstream marketing strategies and product lifecycle management.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across diverse teams.
Fluency in English is a must; German and additional languages are a plus.
Strong business and financial acumen with a proven track record in driving product success.
Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience in product management in medical device or preferable in Endoscopy, ideally in regional role with a focus on the EMEA market.
Market knowledge: Good knowledge of the EMEA region, in particular the different cultural, economic and regulatory environments.
Analytical skills: Strong skills in market and competitor analysis and in interpreting data to make informed decisions.
Communication skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; knowledge of other EMEA languages is an advantage.
Team orientation: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and develop a strong network within the organisation.
Results-oriented: Highly self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on results.
Technical understanding: Basic technical knowledge of the products and technologies in the relevant market segment.
Willingness to travel: Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.
